Using Kid Pix, I made an attempt at drawing my self-portrait as an exemplar for the students in 4St when they create their first blog posts. I included in my self-portrait a picture of an iMac because my job is an Instructional Technology Specialist. I work with teachers and students in grades K-8 to integrate technology into their classroom curriculum. This blog project is an excellent example of such integration. I am excited to watch the students writing responses develop and grow throughout the year.

Yours is a clever self-portrait! It must be cool being a teacher who gets to use all that fun technology! If you are wondering who I am, you'll have to ask the kids in 4St. I am a part of the class you may not have heard about. Thanks for helping get the students (and their teacher) so far along on this!
